M. Keith Combs
A Civil Servant for 17 years specializing in Financial Management. As a Deputy Division Chief he supervises over 15 program analyst overseeing 300 million dollars in expendituresannually. In addition he leads an African American Employee Resources Group that focuses on Recruiting and On-boarding new hires for the agency. Keith also has spent 19 years as a summer track and field coach for Track Houston Youth Track Club (THYTC), the last 3 years as Co- Head Coach of the club (over 500 athletes and over 70 volunteers). THYTC is definitely known as one of the most talented clubs in the nation. He founded the Kenny Combs Exchange Zone to honor the passion his late brother Kenny had for helping our young men and women becoming productive participants in society and creating a sense of humanity. Over the years together they have mentored several 100 youngster. Through this foundation the journey continues, more focused.
Jason Fitz
Currently a General Manager of O'Charley's Restaurant in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Jason has had a successful career in the restaurant industry. Serving as high as Regional Manager for a major restaurant company he knows the importance of things running efficiently. His restaurants are always a top performer in the southern region. Jason success is due to his attention to detail and ability to navigate problems before they surface. His makeup is one of a Park Ranger not a Fire Fighter, preventing problems before they happen. Jason, an outstanding high school athlete was raised in a household where family, academics and humanity were the cornerstone of his upbringing. He will be an asset to the foundation in the area of strategic planning by ensuring we stay focused on the goals we set.
Dexter Chaney II
Currently an Assistant Principal at KIPP TRUTH Academy comes in Dallas. He most recently worked in Chicago Public Schools where he served three years as a classroom teacher and mentor for grades 3rd through 8th and spent the last year as assistant principal at Ryerson Elementary. Prior to that he taught for three years in the Houston Independent School District. Dexter has been honored with the Milken Family Foundation National Educator Award and is currently serving as a Teaching Ambassador Fellow for the U.S. Department of Education. Mr. Chaney earned his bachelor of science in interdisciplinary studies at the University of Houston and a masters in school leadership from Concordia University in Chicago. Dexter believes in the importance and relevance of this foundation because it is vital that we continue to teach young people why we should value any and all educational experiences.
Phyllis Ayodele
is a mother, wife, sister, educator and most importantly a truly blessed woman of Christ. She has accomplished many things over her lifetime and is still breaking stereotypes and boundaries with her enterprising personality and incomparable intellect. The mother of three kindhearted children, all have degrees from accredited colleges and universities. She is married to Captain Adebayo Ayodele, an Otunba of the royal class in his native country state. He also holds the title of being the first African American Captain to fly for the United States Postal Service Airline with over 20 years of servitude. Mrs. Ayodele is the second eldest of 7 brothers and sisters; she has always been the anchor within her family throughout times of stress and hardship. Everyone who knows her can say that her love for family extends into her personal and work life. She is a Master Educator and Psychologist who has worked with Tulsa Public Schools system for many years. She teaches her students how to be admirable citizens while ensuring that they learn their course work with confidence. Furthermore, she has been a therapist for a DUI facility where she aided in counseling individuals who have been by law deemed unfit to operate motor vehicles due to substance abuse. She took this role very seriously and aided in remolding her client’s moral codes, decision-making and associations with mind altering substances. Currently, she is working as a Civil Servant for security services at Tulsa International Airport. With so many jobs and accomplishments, you would think that Mrs. Ayodele is always busy with obligations to her family and work. However, this is so very far from the truth. She spends her free time traveling the world going from the shores of the English Coast to the Middle Eastern Desert back to the Nigerian villages. A modern day pioneer, she has made her mark on many individuals near and far; she is often found talking of places and people not even her husband can recall. Happy is an understatement when describing Mrs. Ayodele’s current state of bliss she is living her life as a true lady should. If you ever get the chance to behold this phenomenal woman and tell her something about her person, she will modestly smile and say none of this could be possible without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
Tenika Combs
An Advocate and Founder of Got Advocacy LLC where she is devoted to helping families with unique circumstances to provide support to each individual with disabilities. Her Mission is to be an innovative services provider with an "Out Of The Box" collaboration of services through our her network of professional members to service each need with the highest level of INTEGRITY. She is DEVOTED to equipping each parent with the confidence to make informed choices to improve their lives. As a Reservist-Disability Integration Advisor for the Office of Disabilities Integration and Coordination, with FEMA she provides guidance, tools, methods, and strategies to integrate and coordinate emergency management efforts that meet the needs of people with disabilities and others with access and functional needs. Tenika has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems. A native Californian now residing in Pearland, Texas for the past years 10 She also spends her time advocating for Parents of Special Needs Children and encourages parents to identify the uniqueness of ever child that the world labels different. She is the voice for a Unique Son with Autism. In her free time she enjoys being "Gigi" to 5 grandbabies.
She plays an active role in Leadership under the Uniquely Chosen (special needs ministry) at her church where she is committed
